Delivery method
Prompt Studio sells digital resources only. No physical parcel is shipped, no postal address is needed for delivery, and there are no shipping charges.
When access is provided
For a successful verified purchase, the website is designed to unlock the online collection immediately and show a confirmation page with an Open my collection link. Payment verification or a technical interruption can delay access. Do not pay a second time if money has been debited and access has not appeared.
What you receive
You receive access to the online collection of 346 prompts and image references. Use the Copy Prompt buttons to copy the prompt text into your chosen AI tool. The product is delivered through the collection webpage; a separate PDF or ZIP download is not required or promised.
Returning to your collection
Visit /access using the purchase email. An existing browser session can retain access for up to 30 days. When transactional email is enabled, you can request a temporary access code on another visit or device. If you cannot receive a code, contact codeminglelab@gmail.com with your payment reference for assistance.
Delivery issues
If access is missing after a verified payment, email codeminglelab@gmail.com with your purchase email and payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If we cannot supply the purchased collection, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
Current checkout status
Checkout labelled Test mode is for evaluation only and does not take real payment. Live sales require payment activation. The checkout screen identifies the available mode before you proceed.
