Information we collect
We collect the email you enter at checkout or when requesting access, order and payment references, purchase status, and support messages you send us. Our hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and security logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to process and verify purchases, provide access to the collection, send access codes when email delivery is enabled, handle support and refunds, and prevent unauthorised access or fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and service providers
Razorpay handles payment details in its checkout under its own privacy policy. Prompt Studio does not store complete card numbers, CVV codes or UPI PINs. Website hosting and database services use the Sites platform and Cloudflare infrastructure. When configured, Resend processes email addresses and transactional messages for access-code delivery. Providers may process information outside India.
Cookies and local storage
Essential cookies connect an order to your browser and keep your collection session active for up to 30 days. Access codes expire after 10 minutes. Private email access links expire after 30 minutes, work once, and are stored only as hashes. We store email delivery status and provider message references for support. Your browser may store saved prompts and temporary checkout recovery information. Clearing cookies can require you to verify access again.
Retention and security
Purchase and support records are retained as needed to provide access, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. We restrict access and use encrypted connections and hashed session tokens. No online system is completely secure. Expired session and code records may remain stored until removed; expiry prevents their use.
Your choices
Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may verify your identity first and retain records required for legal, security or transaction purposes. Removing information needed to verify a purchase may affect account access.

We may update this policy as our services change. The revised policy and update date will appear here.
